We try to keep this accurate. Platforms and their requirements move fast, though, and a page can fall behind between revisions. There is no warranty that what you are reading is complete, accurate or current, and any of it may change without notice. If something here bears on a decision you are making, ask and the position will be confirmed in writing.

No prices, no promises to take work

Nothing here is a quotation, a price, an estimate of cost or duration, or an undertaking that a given piece of work can be taken on. Commercial terms exist only in a quotation, proposal, statement of work or contract agreed between us, and that document overrides anything on this site. No outcome is guaranteed

What a piece of software achieves rests on the requirement behind it, the agreed scope, how good and how prompt the inputs are, the platforms it runs on, and a long list of decisions taken during and after the project that are not ours. No business result is promised here and none should be read into anything: not revenue, growth, installs, search rankings, conversion rates, uptime or benchmark numbers. Where a measurable target matters, it belongs in the project agreement, written so both sides can test it.

Names that belong to others

Trademarks, product names and company names appearing on this website remain the property of their owners. They appear for identification only, and their appearance implies no partnership, endorsement or affiliation of any kind unless this site states one explicitly.

Operating systems, languages, frameworks, cloud platforms and developer tools appear here descriptively, so you can see what the work is built on. Naming one carries no implication that its owner has reviewed, approved, certified, sponsored or partnered with us, and no claim of that sort is made anywhere on this site. NIMTREE INFOTECH is independently owned and operated. No technology vendor or advertising platform holds any stake in it or any control over it.

Another company, platform, operating system, trademark or product named on this site is named to identify it, to explain how our work connects to it, or to describe the scope of a service.

None of that amounts to sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or affiliation. Where such a relationship genuinely exists it is stated outright and can be evidenced on request.
