How Our Business Works
NIMTREE INFOTECH is a software and digital services business providing mobile application development, website development, custom software development, digital advertising management, application management and user acquisition services. A few of the products it works on are its own; the rest belong to the business clients it builds, maintains and advertises for.
Two primary business activities
NIMTREE INFOTECH does two kinds of work, and which kind a given product falls under decides who is answerable for it.
The first is our own: digital products and mobile applications that we build, own and run ourselves.
The second is work for business clients — mobile application development, website development, custom software development, digital advertising management, application management and user acquisition services, carried out under whatever has been agreed with each of them.
A product belonging to NIMTREE INFOTECH is NIMTREE INFOTECH's to own, provide and answer for.
A product belonging to a client stays that client's. They remain its owner and its end provider; NIMTREE INFOTECH performs only the development, management and advertising work that was agreed.
Owned products and client-owned products
NIMTREE INFOTECH works on products of two kinds: its own, and its clients'.
An application or digital product owned by NIMTREE INFOTECH is NIMTREE INFOTECH's responsibility entirely.
On a client-owned product, NIMTREE INFOTECH supplies development, management or advertising services and nothing beyond that. Ownership stays where it was unless a written agreement moves it.
